Wait a second, you walk a mile and a half in an HOUR? Sometimes MORE??
Are you walking on your hands, or something?

I have mentioned these in the past and others also endorsed getting one of the foam roller things and using that. Some of them come with information about how to use them.
Along those lines, I bought Yoga Toes, based on the recommendations of GWNC and Bn'B. I like them quite a bit. You guys should get a commission because I showed them to my trainer and another trainer at the gym. I recently bumped into the other trainer at the grocery store and she asked me about the Yoga Toes again so she is also getting them.

This might explain TM's vicious critiques of the past...

You said 0.7 to 1.0. 2x0.7 = 1.4 miles, but I was giving you a little extra.
Still -- walking at an average-to-slow pace, you should be able to cover 3 miles in an hour.
So it's crabwalking, then?

Don't you also do yoga or Pilates? I think that makes a real difference, or at least it does for me.

Again, not to get defensive but don't you run a lot? I'm just starting up again. And I stop for coffee sometimes. with skim milk and no sugar.
Also, pls give an example of a midtown type 3 mile walk.
