Her make-up is more subtle this season. No more dark eyes and red lips.

So you're suggesting that nobody would even notice if Fringey left?

You know, while I like the sentiment, I fucking hate gift certificates. Why? Because they always have a damn expiration date. What the fuck with that? If my friend/relative paid you money, what does it matter if you have to wait five years for me to use it? So you can book your profit now? Fuck that. I'm sick of expired gift certificates, and even more sick of trying to use them and being given some bullshit excuse as to why "they're expired."

New board motto . . .

Close, but no cigar. What scares me is that I have managed to get ahead in this field and that if I keep tripping upward somehow (I'll admit i do work very hard in spurts then take entire days off, like this one) I'll never get out. I'm cautious of becoming accustomed to the stuff and getting lax. Half my life is over and the thought of doing any onte thing for the rest of my working days makes me nauseaus. It ain't about lack of skill or achievement. Its about what Sidd exactly nailed - fear of dying without having found something I loved doing. Golden fucking handcuffs. Common problem. Can't give up the dough, but can't stand producing it cause the Mrs. needs the home of her dreams and kids. Fuck it...

I could do that with you too. But there's safety in numbers (especially when all those numbers aren't a bunch of paigows).
But I had no idea you would rather read the pjs of the world posting about something really stupid and thinking they're funny and clever. I prefer RB's venom about stupid things that actually is funny and clever.
Now shut the fuck up.
TM

Was RB's ramt funny? I quit reading two paragraphs in. But my umbrella rant at least has staked a place in your memory so it couldnt have been all bad. And I wasnt actually trying to be funny- I was genuinely pissed off and blowing off steam. Perhaps RB was too, but the fact that you were so into it was inexplicable. And what is more nauseating than seeing you, Thurgreed the Great, kissing ass? Oh, I know, those dreadful flirts with csquared circa three years ago? But its ok, bc your ass post with the winking emoticon made it all better.
As for PJ, who is Hall Of Fame Lame, she is on the Ignore List where she belongs.
ANd, "now shut the fuck up" is probably the most phoned in retort you have ever made. No substance, nothing. How disappointing.
***
This brings me to a new poll. A poster who shall remain nameless were IMing about what is the most nauseating post ever. What is your choice? There are so many, so the rules are that it cant be a merely lame post, or a merely insulting post, it has to make you nauseos, much like the Bob Guiney album makes Thurgreed nauseous. I have a few in mind, and will try to whittle it down in a future post.
Thanks for playing in advance!

I now have access to the, ummm, "other" board, but I can't look at it from work and dinner plans will prevent me from seeing it 'till after 10.
Is there anything on there that would be hard (hehe) to find on google (like CZJ topless and smoking while pregnant), or is it run-of-the mill stuff, but with celebrities?

How could I possibly be bored with Sebby whining about how he hates his life but is unwilling to do anything to change it, Paigow and Arby sniping at each other, and Fringey pretending to be something other than the vicious little swine that she is?
You must have me confused with someone else.

In Massachusetts the expiration date by law is now 7 years from date of purchase. Handy for those of us who use last years gift certificates to purchase next years gifts. Is that appropriate re-gifting?

My non-google recollection says you're right, although weren't there at-ats on hoth playing a support role for the imperial walkers?

I believe this is illegal in some states. At least California.
I just used a gift certificate that expired five years ago at the Patagonia in SF. Not to worry Coltrane -- I bought capilene.
