It would appear that the subjunctive vs. indicative thread has been well and truly outdone in terms of sheer boring-ness.

Speaking of G*d
Why don't the religious right just let G-d take care of smiting the sodomites and stuff? If they're really an abomination before em, don't you think em would have taken care of it by now?

I would like to cover Shape Shifter with buttercream frosting and then lick it off him.
But I gave up stealing Paigow's boyfriends for Lent. For now I'll have to settle for licking it off the beaters.
See you on Easter, sweetie!
Edited to add please, no "he has risen" jokes. It would be disrespectful.

To shapeshifter and his medical issues. He's hoping Cialis might help.

Well, her milkshake does bring all the boys to the yard, but don't think it's better than mine.

Does this picture on the Cialis website remind anyone else of the SNL ad parody for the love toilet?

No, but that picture does raise two questions:
1. What's the connection between sitting in a disconnected bathtub, outdoors, staring at what appears to be smog, and sex?
2. Is that Shape Shifter to the left of the woman?

When I first saw this ad, I thought it was for arthritis or something. Sheesh.

Dead Horse - Kicking It
So for those who mocked me about possible beneficial use of ecstacy a few weeks ago, cnn is running a story today about its potential theraputic uses -- http://www.cnn.com/2004/HEALTH/02/25...dy/index.html.
Odd that the story doesn't mention anywhere the high risk of death that the govt would like to push on the public.
Ps. I will grant the community at large that street ecstacy does not equal pure MDMA any longer, but I contend that this result has more to do with its illegality than anything else. Do alcohol and cigarettes have more risks than possible effects on those with high blood pressure and possible overheating if combined with physical exertion?
EDIT-
It appears that cnn yanked the story during the night sometime, so in an effort to find it, I found some other articles. Here's one about the retraction of study results relating to Parkinson's like effects from MDMA in primates -- http://www.wired.com/news/business/0,1367,60328,00.html
and here is the jist of the story that was on cnn last night (the cnn story said that the study is approved)-- http://society.guardian.co.uk/mental...091972,00.html

Speaking of no apparent connection, there's no apparent water source out on that hilltop, yet there are faucets on the man's tub. If the plumbing in the ad is not functional, why should I have confidence in the drug?
