Bath is good idea. Thanks!
Why is there even such thing as prescription Motrin? It just means a higher dosage. Which I believe is achievable with some quick math and a bottle of the non-prescription stuff.

Still -- walking at an average-to-slow pace, you should be able to cover 3 miles in an hour.

So it's crabwalking, then?
Stop. We all know she's not walking that far. 1 mile = 20 blocks. Do you think she's walking 40 blocks at lunch? Not a fucking chance. There's a McDonalds within 5 blocks of wherever you are in NYC.

How so, TM? I realize I'm not as x-ray thin and as beautiful as your high standards call for, but at least I'm trying to improve.

I don't eat mc donald's blech.

You should see my old passport. Fortunately, I've had to travel less in recent years (at least internationally).

Maybe you can buy the candy coating of Motrin and take that, because that seems to be the difference-maker.

i think there would be less filler with an 800mg than there is in 4 200mg, and some people are sensitive. those of us who drink 375ml of 80 proof alcohol in most 2 day periods probably are less sensitive and can follow the 4 200mg alternative.

I was offended when I saw Halloween the pretzel packs in the drug store last night. That shit is just wrong. We bought Starburst (me), Junior Mints (me) and Tootsie Rolls (Mr. Man) for the non-existent trick-or-treaters that we won't be home to hand out treats to tonight. Comparitively low fat but tasty!!

I loved that movie. For a while, it fooled me into thinking Melanie Griffith might have a shred of talent.

It's 200mg of ibuprofen, not total weight. They could put it inside a Spree candy coating and it would still be 200mg.

Prescription versions are great--it's a huge insurance sucker play, since the prescription version is often a lot cheaper, esp. after insurance. Why? It's stupid and bizarre. But I insisted my doctor write me a scrip for an allergy drug that's about $3 for 100 pills rather than have me buy the OTC version that costs about $1/pill.

Take Ibuprofen before you do a big workout or walk or whatever. It keeps swelling down and you won't be in as much pain afterwards. Or you could try taking Ibuprofen right before you go to sleep. It helps when you know you're really going to be sore.
