In and Out Burger coming to NYC?
In and Out Burger rumored to be coming to NYC. I like Burger Joint, I like Lucky's and I like Junior's Times Square but this could be awesome.

"Joggling"? I thought this was the term used to describe ppnyc somewhere between a brisk walk and a trot.

So what you're saying is that you were very serious about wanting to lose weight?

The whole thing was a Beckham Blowjob from start to finish anyway, which made it even more annoying. And high definition doesn't flatter most of our players. All in all I could have better spent my time force-feeding a small animal and devouring its tasty liver.

From Fringey's article:
"It was the third consecutive year the Major League Soccer All-Stars have beaten a European league team. That's proof, suggested New England Revolution and MLS All-Star head coach Steve Nicol, that the league may not be as far behind the rest of the world's premiere leagues as many think."
Hmmm, the fact that presumably the best players in the entire league, when playing together, can occasionally beat a European club team in what is a pre-season exhibition match for the European club means the MLS may not be as far behind as many think?

I agree. Women should be able to abort their children well after child birth just like they can do so before child birth. The common law considered children under 7 to be equivalent to animals for a good reason.

But you propose criminalizing the behavior of the people in creating those dogs, not simply killing the violent dogs, which was the analogy to criminalizing game programmers who create violent people.
Quote:
People took dogs across state lines to participate in fights in that facility, which means they weren't just kept there. The facility also bred dogs to be sold to other dog fighters.
|
There may be some criminal negligence, but you have yet to give me a fact that one of Vick's dogs ever remotely threatened a human, and, thus, his indictment on his facts for the charges brought remains bullshit.

I've known two dogs mauled by agressive pit bulls and chows in public places. Neither one was doing anything to provoke the attack, and both required extensive surgery.

Civil liability, not 6 years for the owner.

Which raises a question -
Why is it legal for me to feed my pet mouse to my snake, or my goldfish to my cat, but it is a Federal offense for me to feed one of my pet dogs to another of my pet dogs?
The first two have a power differential in their relationships, so I would think my behavior would be more reprehensible, but apparently fair fights are worse.

That begs the question: How would the public react to pit bull - elephant fights?

Evolutionary development and higher brain function. You can do things with laboratory rats that you can't do with monkeys in research, and all animal research is governed by an Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee to oversee the welfare of research animals, even if you end up killing them.

In your fucking FACE, Europe!
By this measure, Argentinian basketball is superior to the NBA. Though probably just as corrupt.
