I just heard "Do You Know The Way To San Jose?" while channel surfing. Growing up, I heard that song (the whole Bacharach and David and Warwick oeuvre, actually) constantly, thanks to the local babysitter. Dreams turn into years, how quick they pass...

Paul Giawhatever is under 40. If you are old enough, middle-aged angst is understandable, though not pretty. If you are under 40, it's just fucking annoying.

Speaking of youthful appearance, I nearly picked up a law student at an art event last night. I think we were equally shocked at the relative difference in age. I swear, he looked older than his 24 or so. Apparently I didn't.
