Thanks, though.
Still a gay man trapped in a woman's body?

Apropos of nothing, don't you just love it when you hear a song that you haven't heard in a loooooooong time, and the absence of that song from the zeitgeist allows you to listen to it with a fresh set of ears?

I just heard "Do You Know The Way To San Jose?" while channel surfing. Growing up, I heard that song (the whole Bacharach and David and Warwick oeuvre, actually) constantly, thanks to the local babysitter. Dreams turn into years, how quick they pass...

Ahem. Musical flashback over. Carry on.

I heard it had to do with tight ass, but not in that context.

Plus, Mr. Depp is hot.

And they had cool costumes. No, not the Peter Pan crap, the main female characters.

ETA I think I have been gone to long, and had too much coffee and not enough sleep while gone, and totally whiffed.
Oh, I have no idea what Finding Neverland is about. I was just saying that you were giving the Sideways guys too much credit for youth.

Again, I need a first name for the google to work.

[If any of you care, there is only one ncs, so all google hits are rightfully mine. They all relate boringly to my chosen profession, but they are all me.]

The movie did not appear to support the position that JM Barrie or whatever his name is was actually molesting the boys upon which Peter Pan is based.

Paul Giawhatever is under 40. If you are old enough, middle-aged angst is understandable, though not pretty. If you are under 40, it's just fucking annoying.

But really, I just wasn't in the mood.

[all the mes that are "first name last name" are me. Some weird shit comes up if you don't specify that my first name has to precede my last name.]

[does this mean ncs and I are the same person??]

Unfortunately, the resulting press conference was held in Klingon, the only word of which I currently speak is "K'plah," and as chance would have it I had lent my Babelfish to Bilbo so he could go undercover with the dawrves or elves or whatever, so I do not know whether the smiting had the desired effect.

Someone recently pointed out to me that Mr. Depp and a certain Mr. Clooney are the same age. Apparently, Mr. Depp is a de Leon descendant.

That is so haughty.

Read the fine print before you sign anything. Mr. Depp's youthful appearance may be truly remarkable:

I think that sound you just heard was your Tri Lam membership being revoked.

[And fucking a, Flower, where was the Darth Moll reference that we discussed?]

Speaking of youthful appearance, I nearly picked up a law student at an art event last night. I think we were equally shocked at the relative difference in age. I swear, he looked older than his 24 or so. Apparently I didn't.
