There are a bunch of Fados. They're mostly the same.

The Pub now has free wireless Internet!

Stop by the Pub with your laptop over lunch, during the afternoon if you need a unique place to have a meeting, or to get caught up on some work. It's easy, it's free.
It's actually a chain? No wonder it sucks.

PS. I knew this. See prior page of posts. Yay me.

PPS. I've mentioned this before, but for all you stout drinkers, try Young's Double Chocolate sometime. That would make some excellent beer bread. Hmm. I'll have to try that out.
Fuck, I'm getting beat by NCS in more than one way.

You should maybe consider putting it in the bodice of the dress.

Is chocolate OK?

I must've missed the engagement announcement.

I see him strapping it to his calf, like Don Johnson/Crockett with his gun, er, weapon.

If you admit defeat now, you're invited over for my fabulous beer bread party. We will drink only beer and eat only beer bread for approximately 8 hours. I just found the bread recipe on the internet. Now I need to figure out where to procure the Double Chocolate stout in cans.

The soy milk is loaded with estrogenic substances.

And what's with the "the" before words that don't usually take the article? You sound 80.

However, the party is for my guests to restock the bar. Usually I end up with much more alcohol than I started out with when I throw a party. Downside is you get whatever other people like/could afford.
I had a party like this post-divorce. I had tons of beer, wine, shots and hard liquor. People brought more. I ended up with less than I started with though. Good thing I budget for my heinous alcohol consumption.

So I can't bring Athena Chicken with ouzo? Can we have butter on the bread?

ETA actually, I really just want some of the bread.

I agree. And I assume the other classic Black and White avatar is Maude. If not, I got some sweet backups. However, I think people should strive for avatars that have a trademark like quality.

Off the op of my head I think some avatars in this category are:

1) RT's
2) Slave's former scotch bottle.
3) TM's
4) ABBAKiss
5) ltl/fb
6) Hank
7) NotBob ( a black and white goodie, though if he switcehd to a characer out of Nobody's Fool that would work also)

Avatars I kind of like but could be improved

1) Coltrane. I think thats the guy from American Pie, right? I liked his frat one better, but that works. I might go with Ashton Kutcher in his Kaballah bunny outfit.

2) Gwink. The torso is good but I sense you could do better.

Avatars that completely miss

1) Rimmers. I don't see him as Ed Norton giving the finger. I had an avatar idea for him recently but am not recalling it at the moment as I am swamped and cant give this much thought.

2) Shape Shifter. Sorry, dude, but yoiur socks have away better avatars than you.

3) NFH/RP. There are two avatars that are pretty fucking far from thei image these folks convey

4) Less. I just don't like it. How about something in a Ryan Seacrest?

5) sunnybunny- I don't even remember what she has, but I know she had paris hilton for awhile. I think TM's blue crayon pony would work.

6) anything by mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I didn't even realize that was buster. I thought it was Tim Curry from some movie from the 70s.

I think Adl should switch his to puertorican dice.

I'm excited because outdoor party season has started in Houston. We've had beautiful weather, so everyone's planning on taking full advantage of decks and patios and backyards while we still have time. There are these sorts of parties planned for every weekend until the end of May as far as I can tell. It's a good thing all my friends are lushes too.
