One "good" thing about being in a border city, is that you have a bunch of clients that don't close for Memorial Day, Labor Day, President's Day, Veteran's Day. A hardcore lawyer hits the bridge and moves some paper over there on these days.

They even have a different Thanksgiving, I think, so if my hours are low late November I have that option open, which is nice.

I have the day off work also. Oh, yesterday and Wednesday too. Unless you count going out to fancy dinners and schmoozing with client types until 2 a.m. as "work". My head hurts. Someone was supposed to tell me to take Chasers periodically last night.

Oh, I've had good memories from 2005. Just nothing real tangible that I can hold onto. Maybe I need to start filming these experiences so I can relive them on rainy nights.

On to more interesting things, last night I got acupunctured like 90* and my injury feels much better today. Fascinating. I also had cupping done, so my groin and tailbone/ass region looks as if I got totally bruised and banged up by someone who punches in very neat circles. But my chi is flowing. Yay!
