What's the secret? Does it work for women who are not from Texas?

Yeah, I've been working out a lot this week and it's fun to talk about and it keeps my interest up. I'm not a mod or admin or whatever -- put me on ignore.

I love talking about it it really keeps me motivated.

TM can take credit for one thing and that is that he really motivated me to lose the baby weight.

I really like www.mapmywalk.com; I think someone on here linked to it or something similar at some point.
putting aside a primary earlier hard workout, i think an evening walk, even at a slower pace is really helpful. it has something to do with working out AFTER you've eaten. Of course you may not be in a neighborhood where a night time walk is safe.

Sometimes when I am taking a walk (like with the dog or something) I use the time to catch up on my phone calls. An hour passes very quickly that way. Just an idea to get you motivated!

The semi-colon should not be in that link. Anywho, I've now mapped out how far I walk to my favorite bars. This makes me healthy, right?

It depends. How wild is the animal sex afterwards that results from the drinking?

One of the things I love about having dogs is that I generally go on two walks a day. So even if I can't work out for whatever reason, I have had some physical activity during the day. Course it's activity that involves stopping to sniff every bush, pole, tire and fire hydrant, but still, the progress generally is forward.

Of course!

I fixed the link; the auto-url-maker did it. Apparently it is not familiar with such punctuation and doesn't exclude it like it does with commas and periods that follow URLs. Or whatever those are called.

I cannot reveal the secret, but it has much to do with cayenne pepper and okra. I've had some success with Yankee women, but in general they aren't much on okra.
