"church business"?

I think I'll be in DC the weekend before Halloween. If any DC GA's care to dress me up and take me out trick-or-treating.

I have not. I think I'd feel a little self-conscious in the outfit, though.

I've been sorta kicking around a Kill Bill outfit, though my coloring is thoroughly and completely off for that.

Carmen Miranda also comes up a lot, but I feel somehow that I need backup dancers. In puffy shirts. With sashes.

and I'm sad that they don't make this bra in my size:

Both excellent tunes, although they are a bit too nuanced for children to really appreciate.

Yes. Some convention. All weekend. Though not particularly religious or at all spiritual, he's in a "leadership role" and "must" attend. can't really argue, though I can quietly gripe.

Couldn't you sort of copy it, though? Just get some fake flowers from Michael's and hot glue them on, add some velvet ribbon on the straps and some beaded trim on the bottom, and you're there. It'd probably be cheaper than buying the pre-made one, too (assuming you have an old-yet-well-fitting bra you don't mind gluing stuff to).

Will you have dents in the right places for easy gripping?

Scientologists?

Oh, by the way, during my interminable visit to CVS I glanced through the Vanity Fair with the pictures of Suri Cruise, and she really is a beautiful baby. Of all the photos that must have been taken during that shoot, I think the cover shot was a bit of an odd choice.

You could go as Aaron Brooks, but you'd have to be lying on your back most of the night.

One year I went as Donald Trump - blue suit, Regis tie and impressive comb-over. I fired everyone.

Elderberry wine is one of my all-time favorites.

Nah. The church is legit, mainline Prot. stuff. I was just being a little snarky, as his soulless faux-religiosity ruined my soulless, raunchy fun for the weekend.

Agree on the baby. Not sure we needed 22 pages of her, but the photos that I've seen have been lovely.

In light of the 712 pages of advertising in that issue, 22 pages seems like the least they could provide.

From Future Lessons RT Has Learned So You Don't Have To:

1. Take off bra before applying hot glue.
2. Remember you've taken bra off before applying hot glue.
3. Stapling is not recommended.
