Ahh, I see. I was not, as I did not post - just read.
I did do a summer program at Oxford. But really, any OBE in that context would have been related to getting stupid drunk (as in the out of body OBE definition) on pint after pint, and not anything to do with chivalry or social order. |

Huh. Doesn't seem that anyone alive is entitled to claim an Honourary OBE. All the OBEs appear to be properly addressed as Sir or Dame. |
