Congratulations. Before you head over to LWK, you should know that Fringey occasionally savages the breeders there, so it's basically redundant of the PB.

I interacted at some length with a child over this holiday weekend. Pleasantly. It liked me. The parents approved.
I don't know me anymore.

I bet an aunt fringe would be cool. she'd be straight talking- you could for sure get answers to any sex questions you couldn't ask mom. By college you'd know the answers were a bit kinked, but c'est la vie. plus, when you turn teen, you could raid the medicine cabinet.

You want a lecture on how "good" implants don't affect breast feeding blah blah blah?

You won't be getting that lecture from me. There is a high incidence of implants imparing the ability to breast feed. Those placed over the muscle are worse in this respect than those placed under the muscle.

I forget, do you have over-the-muscle ones or under-the-muscle ones? Which is better? Which looks more realistic?

I have under the muscle. Salines placed over the muscle feel just awful unless someone has at least a C cup to begin with. Silicone placed over the muscle feels fine unless you get capsular contracture, but silicone placed over has a very high rate of capsular contracture. The downside to under the muscle placement is that you can see distortion of the implant when you flex your pectoral muscles. If you have well-developed pecs, this can be a problem because you can even notice it in clothes when you do things like open a jar or a door.
