Including the brush. The whole package was a gift, but I wouldn't go back to the crap gillette aloe vera shaving cream I used before.
The brush is nice because (i) it allows you to lather up the shaving soap (which smells gooood), which you couldn't use otherwise, (ii) helps me by lifting the hair a bit* because I have to shave with and then against the grain every other day (I get ingrown hairs, which are a pain in the ass) and (iii) feels good.
