If your house has been exposed to extreme heat, to the point where it breaks teh chemical bonds between the water molecules in the mature concrete you have bigger problems than spalling. Such as being homeless and having had all your wordly possessions consumed in an apocalyptic conflagration.
TM would be more impressed if you could have worked in a bit more alliteration. Something to strive for.

I'm flailing about here since it was my father in law's argument, not mine. and I was doing my usual half listen. He said it was something with rebuilding that was an issue. I, being doltish thought that only burning the fucking drywall or the thin layer and leaving the concrete all cracked would suck too rebuilding...I'm not sure but somehow it is more costly or problematic to rebuild with concrete walls as opposed to traditional......

that being said, Sir Paul, divorce settlement $63 million, bend over, no lube.

Look, are we just going to pretend that this wasn't the entertainment last Thursday in the back room at Rocky's?

To paraphrase from that fine John Mellencamp movie from 1992, Falling from Grace, I guess it's true what they say. You never quite get over your first love.

I was thinking that this hairstyle doesn't really go with the hot pink furniture and (faux?) leopard rugs.

Only if he acknowledged that it is perfectly pointless to the point of preposterousness to try to draft an explanation that she will understand at all. Maybe something like?: Fire + anything = bad. But wood + fire < Cement + fire.

He appeared as well groomed as anyone else spending three days straight outside with 60,000 other people can be.

The musical offerings there are generally not quite that sophisticated.

Apparently, yes.

(of course, if your first love now has a beard, that may pose more of a problem for you than it has for me.)
