Although your response makes no sense in relation to what I said, I'll go with: Yez.

Screw education, let's build giant robots!
"In this photograph released by the U.S. Air Force, Robosaurus, a 40 foot tall, 30 ton mechanical robot breathes fire after eating a car during a demonstration at Airfest 2004 in this recent undated photograph taken at the March Air Reserve Base, in Riverside, Cali."

He will, however, shatter the all-time single season OPS record, currently set by himself in 2001-03 or by Ruth in his mamoth 1920-21 seasons.

Translation please. I know what ABs and BBs are, what the heck is OPS? Over Play Steal? On Purpose Swing? Obscure Pointless Stat? Which reminds me, anyone in NYC know if the WWOR Mets broadcasts still have the Incredibly Stupid Stat?

I miss the good ole days with Ralph Kiner and Lindsey Nelson.

Seriously, I heard that she lives in NY and works out in a public gym. Think anyone would be weirded out if I licked her sweat off the preacher curl bench?

She's so fine, I'd drink a whole tub of her bathwater.
(Gotta love the Dawg scene, back when Spike was funny)

Not quite sure it was a good idea the first time around
They're looking to bring back Menudo.
First of all, the name. I've never tasted anything so foul in my life. Yes, I know, it is designed specifically to cure hangovers, but jesus fucking christ. The medicine is worse than the disease. Of course, my grandfather loved the crap, so it was always around. Ugh.
Secondly, it's not Menudo without the bad hair and the gold lame identical jumpsuits and Ricky Martin at age 12.
I appreciate the guesture, but Menudo? Again? it's like a dream come true! a bad dream, but a dream!

At least one person on this board is happy about this. The more boy bands the better, I always say.

Wasn't it like a self-perpetuating deal? I'm surprised it ever died . . . maybe it was just in some sort of hibernation.
That said, I don't think I ever heard them on the radio when I still listened to the radio. Not that spanish/latin/mexican music gets a lot of airplay up south.

Where is this? I use the expressions "down south" and "up north". Is "up south" in the upper part of the south? Where did you grow up?
