class actions are never "worth it." My 2 kids and I get 2K Canadian, my wife 3K. The only physical injury was my daughter had a small cut on her finger. About 180 people on the train, 2 were killed and 160 went to hospital for broken bones and major cuts. the Chinaskis walked off and got in a rental car. So I guess it was worth it since we weren't hurt at all.
At the time I promised myself that since we weren't hurt I'd give any money to the dead guy's (the train engineers) families. Now I'm thinking some good thing closer to home.
When I'm more energetic I'll post my "how to ride a train as safe as possible" advice. i discovered these rules by accident (god, as I typed that I groaned), but they seem quite universal from photos i have seen since.

I was making no judgment on your size in posting my "size 11" reply, just trying to help SS with the rhyme, and your previously-supplied information on that front made it the obvious reply.
I'm glad you are happy about the weight loss.

I think she's making a reference to her colostomy bag attachment.

Far better than the $30 service credit voucher I just received from Verizon as a class action settlement. You win!
But seriously, that sounds like some scary shit. I hope noone in the Chinaski family was too traumatized by the event.

I'm just thinking there could be more productive (and entertaining) ways for you and Fringie to take out your aggressions.

She has alleged mental issues about public transport now. Takes meds when we fly, etc.
I'll tell the story tomorrow.

I'd pay $1000 to avoid having those issues.
