The noticably older should not be in the mosh pit. I believe "bashing the first one in the head" rasies a pretty high liklihood of the "ant problem. " On the other hand, if you're suggesting what's worked for you in the past, .......maybe the scum do know fear.

You stick with a strategy that works. Remember, a lot of these kids actually think Davey Havok is punk.

New Year's Resolutions

Stanwix,* is that you? How's life in-house at Gimbel's? Thanks again for sending me that slip and fall case from the Beaucoup Egypt store. Let's talk about how to deal with the police report in which the store manager admitted placing banana peels on the floor near the Mature Women department in order to, and I quote, "thin the herd."

Oops, it's Not Stanwix.
When I do my monthly panic time thingy, I know that I miss some stuff, and never bill for something unless I do it (thus no bills for scheduling phone calls handled by my wonderful secretary). So I end up losing rather than gaining billables via this process -- one of the many reasons clients love me. Despite charging market hourly rates, I am cheaper than the competition.
And this is also one of my perpetual New Year's resolutions. Apropos of nothing, I have learned today that I must now hate ABBA. Dommage.
* Stanwix was Fenwick's predecessor as the "A" in NB&A. She's quite babe-a-licious, too, so I that's why I thought RT could be her. Uh, since she doesn't work for me anymore, and hasn't in several years (read "outside any conceivable statute of limitation"), I can call her babe-a-licious, right?

Or, you could simply move away a bit, which guarantees a great view of the stage as the most violence-prone idiots continue their attempts to kill each other and everyone else clears a wide space around them.
This works beautifully for me. Also a knee in the crotch of the nearest threat.

Thank you for this hint. Polite, and yet loaded with truth.
I resolve to work on my punctuation errors next year.
I will not work on spelling errors. i invented having organic spelling errors littering my posts.

To all of you. I hope the New Year brings you all happiness and good fortune. Enjoy tonight in moderation -- or not. Be safe. I'm out.

If you want to be more man-pleasing, don't refer to your fellas as underthings.

Sigh
Too bad there ain't an FB lady with:
BRC's politics and taste in movies,
ltl or frenchie's sense of humor,
BnB's taste in avatars, and
eagle scout's workaholism.

I resolve to be more obscure, post more inside jokes, try for more Bilmore of the Days, and to explain things to Paigow less often. I would further resolve to resume using this board as a dating service, but I'm not sure there are any single women left that I haven't either hooked up with or failed to hook up with.

Wise decision. You're a big man, but enough Charlie can take even you.

What a coincidence! I have never been much of a drinker, nor much of one for throwing parties. This year I have resolved both to drink more and to entertain more.
Slave has already advised me on stocking my bar for my New Years' party. I will be left with much liquor. So, as you can see, I'm off to a fabulous start.
I however still resolve not to have a sense of humor. Unless I am drunk.
