I agree. I just disagree with ugly things being fashionable. Clearly you are wearing them for the warmth, not the fashion. Fashion victims were wearing them in LA last season for god's sake.
And I grew up in freakin' Canada, so lack of a cold climate was not my reason for not owning Ugg boots. To be honest, I had some equally ugly inuk-type boots. Whatever my mother bought me, I wore (to a point).

What? You don't wear them out clubbing?
This is called the Pamela Anderson, by the way. Looks great with the Baywatch suit.

CANBERRA, Australia (AP) -- A woman seduced and had sex with strangers while she slept and later had no recollection of her infidelities due to a sleeping disorder, according to her Sydney doctor.
The middle-aged woman had no idea that she was sneaking from her house at night in search of sex with random strangers until her partner awoke, discovered she was missing from the bedroom, and found her having sex with another man, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital sleep medicine physician Peter Buchanan told The Sydney Morning Herald newspaper.
Her partner was already aware that she was a sleep walker and also had been confounded by condoms he found strewn around the house, Buchanan said Thursday.
Buchanan will discuss the case when he lectures on sleep sex -- the disorder has yet to be given a formal title -- at the Annual Scientific Meeting of the Australasian Sleep Association in Sydney at the weekend.
"It is very complex, elaborated motor behavior during sleep," Buchanan told the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
"People are often stunned and overwhelmed when they're told what they've been doing," he added. (Yes, I'm sure - completely confused and stunned)
The partners and doctors of people suffering from the disorder often do not believe the acts were committed while they slept, he said.
"It's very stressful both for them, for their partner or for their relationship," Buchanan said.
"It also promotes an intense sense of embarrassment on their part, their partner's behalf and this inhibits people coming forward to seek potentially helpful professional intervention."
Or maybe it's selective memory that some people are accused of having. At least she had the decency to use condoms in her sleep.

I tend to believe shit like this happens.
When I am really tired and fall into a deep, deep sleep, I talk and sometimes walk around and imagine shit it happening. When I was in HS and got up at like 6:00 A.M. every morning, it would happen more often. I once got up at 3:30 in the morning, took a shower, left for school and woke up at 4:30, standing, fully dressed on the subway platform.

I used to sleepwalk quite a bit when I was a kid. My parents would find me in the car, or I'd wake up on my bed and my sheets would be in the yard. This doesn't happen so much any more, but I have had sex while asleep, and I have woken up to discover I am having sex. I can attest to the disorienting experience of waking up to intercourse. My gf no longer lets me do the middle-of-the-night sex because she's never sure if I'm awake or not.

What the hell difference does is make if you're awake or not? If the sex is good, it shouldn't matter.
That said, that would freak me out. I'm afraid I'd wake up one night in my car driving the wrong way down a freeway or something.

If you live in Canada, you can get out of bed, get in your car, drive 10 miles to your in-laws' house, kill your mother-in-law with a tire iron, beat your father-in-law almost to death, get back in your car, drive home, then wake up and realize what you have done, get back in your car, drive to the police station and confess. Get charged with murder and get acquitted on the basis that you were sleepwalking.

But middle-of-the-night sex is so good! Why does she care if you are awake or not? It would be weird to have someone say they were asleep, but sex is sex.

That would freak me out. Did you have to go home and wait? Can you get back to sleep after that?
And on to baseball....what's the deal with Fox and the "diamond cam?" I know they think it's a cool and neat thing, but it seems like a view from a guy's feet.

My brother used to do that when he was a kid. The last time it happened we were camping in Big Bend National Park. He woke himself up right before wandering into the desert.
I've been known to have conversations in my sleep, but I've never slept through sex.
Go 'stros!

My best friend had to change the locks on their doors when they found their 3 year old standing on the street corner early early in the morning. Freaked her out. She was only a couple of feet away from a really busy intersection.
Is this something you outgrow? TM? SS? RT?

My dogs won't tell me if I still talk. They do inform me that I snore. To the best of my knowledge my brother doesn't sleepwalk anymore.

I think she was offended the first time she mentioned having sex the previous evening and I didn't remember. Other times, she (and others with whom I've been in relationships) said I initiated m-o-n sex only to roll over and go to sleep in the middle of the act. I have woken up in the middle of sex, and the disoriented feeling sometimes makes it impossible to continue (despite my best efforts, I assure you). So overall I can see why she feels its just not worth the bother.
Sure does suck when I'm actually awake and horny and my advances are spurned, though. "Wake up, bitch" just doesn't work like it used to.

See above. However, the leaving the bed part seemed to occur with less frequency as I got older. Still happens occasionally, though.

Observation while watching baseball commercials
I like the "You!" "You!" T-Mobile commercial.
