Does it really say that?

When will these guys learn? If you're going to take money from agents before you complete your eligibility, you have to limit yourself to one agent. If you take money from more than one, you know the guy you don't ultimately sign with is going to rat you out to the NCAA.
What needs to happen is to figure out some way to penalize these agents. Because, USC didn't really have much to do with what happened. But I guess when you have a high profile guy showing up to the Venetian and riding around in limos, you have to keep a shorter leash. But these agents are going to continue to work it until someone does something.

With respect to #1 - "hey, you! how are you?" is usually enough to get them talking to buy time to figure it out.
In high school there was a girl who didn't go to my school who was very attractive, and who I liked, and who I would see at parties sometimes, and who I thought maybe liked me. One day I saw her at the Davisville subway station, and asked her how she was doing. She said to me: "how do you spell your name again?"

I realized afterwards that it was a modestly clever trick to cover up that she had forgotten my name. Or maybe she thought there were two "m"s in Jim? Doubtful.

Who's going to punish them? The NCAA has no leverage because they can't ban them--they already have.

And the NFL doesn't give a rat's ass unless their screwing over NFL players by stealing their pensions (and maybe not even then).

The punishment is almost always ridiculous. The player is ruled ineligible. Then the team is forced to forfeit games for using an ineligible player. So 90 guys whose crowing achievement was playing for a BCS champion, because they're not good enough to play in the NFL, have that taken away from them so that Reggie Bush's momma could take a limo rather than a taxi to the heisman ceremony (and why isn't the heisman foundation paying for that anyway?)

Maybe she thought your parents named you Gym. This trick was merely ahead of its time, as you probably would have though nothing of her asking had she done so on the pretext of entering your phone number into her cell phone.

Did the Brazilian porn star have trouble pronouncing your name?

Thousands of crawling green bugs. That did not die or wash out when immersed in water.
Sprouts pick up crap in the soil. As plants mature, this stuff gets dispersed or washed out. With sprouts, it stays concentrated. IIRC.

It is assinine, isn't it? I'm surprised USC hasn't just done away with its football program already. Nothing but headaches and trouble.

You can lose your license (or certificate or whatever) in the state in which it occurs (at the very least). At worst, no player will want to sign with you because you can't be trusted. And that whole business is about trust.

Perhaps is something the goyim say.

1. Who cares if she remembers your name? If she was giving you the eye at parties, she probably wanted to fuck. What difference does it make if she forgot your name? She clearly wants to know it now.

2. If she had any brains at all, she would have pulled the cell phone trick. But she would have had him input his name and number by himself, while she searched through her bag for something else as pretext for not doing it herself.

I know. I guess if it hurts the school enough. I don't know. It just seems like the guys who are making bank and cheating the system have no threat of punishment. Except for that thing TM says about losing your license or whatever. I guess there are 20 or 30 other states you can start over again. And if you throw enough money to poor kids from poor families, you can buy a whole lot of trust.

Plus, it's not like they're making any money anyway.
