1.) It seems half my friends are headed to New York this weekend for the Gates show. Is anyone here planning on going?

2.) Anyone wanna do a "throw mama from the train" and bump off one of my clients for me? I'm prepared to strangle her with my own hands, and she's lucky that she e-mailed her idiotic comment rather than calling so I can calm down before responding.

Yes. Although I'm not sure what the fuss is about.

I will kill her if you post the idiotic comment. I will cut off her testicles and then walk 200 feet to this board to show you all that I did this.

"I don't see an equitable position here. I think we need to appeal to the feds for relief from the conflict between [federal law] and [completely separate federal agency]."

Note: there is no conflict.

Am I right in thinking that the heart of this is that she doesn't like some rule and does not want to comply? Love that.

If RT were a better attorney her client would not HAVE to comply with the rule.

NO, what's really sick and fucked up is your constantly bringing it up. Just fucking drop it and I promise you I'll never mention it again.

I said something in anger (not entirely unjustified) and I regret it. You just can't seem to let it go. You can't let anything go. I bet you still call your pre-school classmate and whine about that time 34 years ago when you were plaiying in the sandbox and he took your yellow shovel.

It's like what Doc said to Johnny Ringo in Tombstone:

"A man like Ringo has got a great big hole, right in the middle of himself. And he can never kill enough, or steal enough, or inflict enough pain to ever fill it."

Fringey is the same. Except that hole is her gaping gash.

I'm more worried that Coltrane seems to be mixing us up. This could cause problems.

No. He died at 6. She prayed he get cancer, then he did. It why she tries to avoid religion to this day. She has too much of the spirit.
