I am pretty sure that no stuff happened in any of those states, so pull your head of your ass and go take a shower.

Look, my point was that blowing up Houston would not be the biggest news of the decade.
I now submit the following: apparently a slightly larger urban area in Texas is being blown up, and ABC News has a very modest report on the topic, but a very large, visible report on Giant Squid in California.

If you are guilty of doing exactly what it is you are criticizing RT for doing, then what are you "just saying"?

DUDE you know a 5 hour commute or whatnot is pushing the bounds of acceptable time.
15 mins is regarded the brass ring of commuting times, apparantly.

Query for the pet people, now including ABBA
So I got a cheap-ass laser pointer at PetCo, and the larger and more stupid cat seems kinda really into it. But he can never catch the red dot -- and now he, through my anthropomorphizing eyes, seems distressed when he is chasing it (he meows/whimpers, etc.). And now when the red dot goes away, he searches for it and paws at the floor/wall where it is most often.
Is the red dot game fun, or kitty psychological torture?

My cat sitter bought me a laser pointer, and my kitty loves it. She gets very excited and runs around. However, I don't use it very often. I don't think that staring at that red dot can be good for her eyes. I don't mind if the sitter uses it, but I don't use it often.

I think it's looking into the projector that is bad, and so far they have not figured out that it's a light -- they think it's a thing.
Does your kitty continue looking for it after it's gone?

My sister's lab loves the laser pointer. He doesn't continue to look for it after it's gone, but he barks a bit asking for someone to bring it back after play time is over.
My dogs could give a shit about the laser pointer. They sort of look at me as if to say "is in your hand, jackass."
