What's weird and anachronistic about being burried in a plot on the family farm? After the university or other scientific body gets done with it, why would I want my body interred in a cemetary with a bunch of strangers in a piece of property that means absolutely nothing to me? Sure, I can understand if strong religious beliefs require consecrated ground, or there isn't really a family farm to be burried in, but on the whole, I'd much rather end up in a hole of my own ground than anywhere else in the world.

Probably nothing, but as soon as grammy kicks the bucket, the remaining money hungry kids will sell off the 500 acres and your remains will end up in some dumpster when the developer decides he "didn't see no graves on the property." As the Bunnyman's granny is a 90-year-old chain smoker with a penchant for whiskey, fast horses, and fast men, I'd say the chances of her lasting much longer aren't that great.

My pickup truck, which takes about $70 to fill the tank, wouldn't have made it to the intersection on $10 worth of gas, and I didn't want to leave a $30 tip rather than wait for change from the hundy.

Actually, it's kind of humorous. One time, she complained that her wrist was hurting/she feared it was broken and had the bunnyman take her (they were at family gathering) to the hospital. As soon as they pulled out of the house, she said "how about a drink, you know where we can find some bars?" and then when the night was over, they reported a "long stay" in the emergency room, everything was "fine" and no one knew that she'd busted out on her family because she wanted to go bar hopping. She a pretty crazy lady.
