What is the story with this company? Were they acquired by Dell? I bought a Tivo and it died soon thereafter. Then like a month after they were supposed to send me a new one, but didnt for like three unrealted fuckups, they send me a refurbished tivo (after promising a new one). that one dies with two weeks. so I lay out anothe rthree hundred bucks for them to overnight the fucking thing to me and two days later, it hasnt been sent and nobody knows why.

Did Dell buy this copany and completely fuck up its customer service> I am about to tell them to come get the POS out of my house and to give me six hundred bucks (for the two dead DVRs).

Its simply unbeileveable.

tivo's management changed and now they suck (I made this up)
