Sports Kids

Am I alone in watching Sports Kids Moms & Dads here? I don't think it's quite as good as showbiz moms and dads, but it's still the best thing on right now.

I looked up how Bryce did at his Junior Nationals. If anyone wants the spoiler, IM me.

That letter that football dad wrote to Lloyd Carr? That guy's in a nutter-league of his own.

In other processed culture news, "Transatlanticism" is now the official background music of Something Important Is Happening Is Happening To The Protagonist.

Now you know. And knowing is half the battle.

Most of you probably saw this, but if you haven't, it's good for a laugh.

It's so cute when their eyes first open

I{m betting none, given that I am surrounded mostly by crunchy, granola types who just trekked x days to Macchu Picchu and it was the most moving experience of their life or some such crap, haven{t showered, and consist of probably a 4 to 1 dude to chick ratio. My next vacation is back to Eastern or Central Europe.

As for posting on vacation, time crawls while waiting for work-related e-mails, but the upside is I can take as much time as I like (provided I hit that magic 1900 at the end of the year).

Which is preferred, assuming user has similar skill level with both, tongue or fingers?

at least it wasn't Shaq.

I've been travelling since last Friday AM. I want to belatedly congratulate Flint for winning the NBA finals bet. it was a great series, right to the wire.

Thai Hookers . . .

. . . land a 646-pound catfish.

"The fishermen had hoped to sell the fish [described as "critically endangered"] to environmental groups, which planned to release it to spawn upriver, but it died before it could be handed over and then was chopped up and sold in pieces to villagers as food."
