I never heard the second Goats but I did buy LaCabinCalifornia or whatever it was called. Unlike BizarreRide it doesn't get dusted off so often.

I still think BizarreRide is my favorite album of all time.

Strong words. It's a classic, but it's not even my favorite hip-hop album from the 1990s.

Speaking of album art, the New York Times holiday book section recommended The Color of Jazz, a collection of album covers shot by Pete Turner. I think my parents had half the albums in the book.

I'm sure someone is waiting at the bottom of the elevator shaft with your keys. Just go down to the basement and pick them up.

Yes! Hat, long trench coat opened to reveal the shady goods he was dealing, which included numbers. "Psssst..... Buddy......Wanna buy an 8?"
Endless drug reference fun later in life.

I love every song. And I tend to determine favorite song status based on how often I can replay them without getting sick. This is also one of the reasons why I think Trading Places is the greatest movie of all time. S. (Plural.)

To be fair, the DK's kinda did the same thing with "We Got a Bigger Problem Now."

Based on all-time play, it would appear to be Marillion's "Clutching At Straws."

90s? That's tough for me. Maybe Los Lobos' "Kiko"? Son Volt's "Trace"? I suppose "Never Mind" rates a mention, despite its commercial radio success.
All time? Exile on Main Street. Hands down. Not even close.

I was walking along a path with two friends—the sun was setting—suddenly the sky turned blood red—I paused, feeling exhausted, and leaned on the fence—there was blood and tongues of fire above the blue-black fjord and the city—my friends walked on, and I stood there trembling with anxiety—and I sensed an infinite scream passing through nature.

Sure. Kick a girl when she's down.
No, that's not what I meant.
You're a cold, cold man.

You know the answer to the first question, or should, since I long ago ran out of cute things to fill in my rank and location, and now just use lines from this album.
All time? I am not sure I have one, which is the truth, but you'll tell me it's a cop out. Plus it doesn't advance the debate. So my favorite all-time album is The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway. That's right. How you like me now?
