But do you dare speak the truth of 9/11?
  • In a clear sign of its intent to reign in dissident American media personalities, and their growing influence in American culture, US War Leaders this past week launched an unprecedented attack upon one of their most politically 'connected', and legendary, radio hosts named Don Imus after his threats to release information relating to the September 11, 2001 attacks upon that country.

According to European reports of the events surrounding Don Imus that have gripped the United States this past week, it was during an interview with another American media personality, Tim Russert, who is the host of a television programme frequently used by US War Leaders, wherein while decrying the state of care being given to American War wounded stated, "So those bastards want to keep these boys [in reference to US Soldiers] secret? Let's see how they like it if I start talking about their [in reference to US War Leaders] secrets, starting with 9/11."

Unable to attack such a powerful media figure as Don Imus, directly, the US War Leaders, and as we have seen many times before, resorted to a massive media attack against him using as the reason a racial slur against a US woman's basketball team, but which has been pointed out by other media outlets was not by any means a rare occurrence for the legendary radio icon to make.

    . . .

t is expected, also, that the US War Leaders actions against Don Imus will have a further chilling affect upon other American media personalities questioning their authority, such as the popular US movie actor, Charlie Sheen, and who was one of the first to question the events of September 11, 2001, and as we can read as reported by New Zealand Herald News Service in their article titled "Charlie Sheen may voice 9/11 documentary", and which says: "US actor Charlie Sheen is reportedly in talks to narrate an internet documentary that suggests elements of the US government were behind the September 11 attacks on the World Trade Centre.

Did the KGB get you a lifetime subscription, or have you had to pay for this on your own since the fall?

Here are these young women (aren't some of them white BTW) who bust their ass and have this magic season. now here's the thing, women's b-ball players are already fighting to have credibility (and probably avoid lesbian stereotypes) and more people hear about them from Imus' hate than probably watched the game. I never liked him, but never before saw that he's such a hateful shit AND no Howard would never have made a parallel comment.
OK. But the ultimate question should be what he says on the airwaves, not whether is heart is cruel and poisoned. If he has a cruel and poisoned heart but you can't tell from his radio show, it's not an issue.

What I'm saying is, it's no defense for him to say, I said something wrong but I'm a good person. That's not the issue.

You make so many positive statements like this across all sorts of areas. you can't possibly have personal experience in all these areas, do you? How many of these are what you've read or heard?
I read lots of blogs, y'know.

I have friends who are and have been reporters. That's my basis for this, more than any particular experience practicing law.

Prosecutors should have their cases vetted by an impartial panel of retired DAs, AUSAs and defense attorneys before bringing them.
Or we could try funding public defenders so that they could defend innocent people instead of being forced to plea-bargain every case.

That's one expenditure of the state I'd get behind 100%.

    April 16, 2007

    Honorable George W. Bush
President of the United States of America
    1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
    Washington, DC 20500

    Honorable Alberto Gonzales
    Attorney General
    U.S. Department of Justice
    950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
    Washington, DC 20530-0001

Dear Mr. President and Attorney General:

We, the undersigned co-founders of the American Freedom Agenda, urge the Attorney General to submit his resignation and the President to accept.

Mr. Gonzales has presided over an unprecedented crippling of the Constitution's time-honored checks and balances.

He has brought the rule of law into disrepute, and debased honesty as the coin of the realm.

He has engendered the suspicion that partisan politics trumps evenhanded law enforcement in the Department of Justice.

He has embraced legal theories that could be employed by a successor to obliterate the conservative philosophy of individual liberty and limited government celebrated by the Founding Fathers.

In sum, Attorney General Gonzales has proven an unsuitable steward of the law and should resign for the good of the country.

The President should accept the resignation, and set a standard to which the wise and honest might repair in nominating a successor, who will keep the law, like Caesar's wife, above suspicion.

    Sincerely,

Bruce Fein, Chairman Richard Viguerie David Keene Bob Barr John Whitehead
