And I saw the Jessica Simpson "Driven" (or whatever show they did focusing on her) and they showed her through various stages of development. They said that they had to bind her breasts to her chest very early on because she was singing Christian Rock (opening for her Dad or something) and they didn't think it was appropriate for her to have such large breasts at such a young age. She was supposedly very self-conscious about them (I'm guessing before she found out what a money-maker they are).
Anyway, from a very young age, she had very large breasts. And like ncs said, she didn't go under the knife that young in order to have them hidden. And I doubt she went under a number of times to increase the size in the stages I saw.

As to Spelling, that's like trying to put out a high rise fire with a garden hose.
