Silver highlights at the temples, bay-bee -- it's how callow young litigators like sebby and I add a little grah-vee-tahs to our float like a butterfly, sting like a bee courtroom demeanor.

No. I just love the idea of people getting perms. A guy - yes, a guy - in a high school near mine got one in high school. Funniest shit I ever saw.

I did actually dye my hair during one summer where I was at the beach a lot. Came out absurd looking. I looked like an ass and had to come back to sophomore year in hs looking like a jackass. Luckily, two other idiots did the same thing. Parents nearly killed me. Was during a very short infatuation with skateboarding.

Yes, if he annoys the judge enough, he will get sanctioned. Do a westlaw search on "(Anthony or Andy) /s (Martin or Martin-Tr*gona)" to cheer yourself up.

And in lots of states, interests in pensions are exempt assets. And the benefits cannot be garnished.

I know a guy in h.s. who got more than one perm. After finding out, whenever I saw him I pictured him with pink rollers in his hair. This went on all through college, as we went to the same school.

Was it Sun-In? Do they still make that stuff?

Some states actually allow distributions to be garnished once they leave the pension. But I don't know how you can get it as it leaves if you can't lien the pension, which ERISA precludes.

Oh shit... This is my last post re pensions. Why is it always fucking pensions?

Peroxide, lemon juice, alcohol and something else. I didn't get the orange look - I got blonde tips. Awful. It was hard enough to get laid at the age... I don't know what I was thinking...

Pensions in pay status are different than accrued benefits sitting in a trust. He's in pay status. I suppose I could research it.

We may be talking past each other here. If you're talking armpit or leg hair, go for it.

But the other stuff... styles change... you could find yourself lamenting that later. Or maybe not... I'm just sayin.
