Seriously, it was great. I feel rid of a lot of baggage.
Are you doing it for a particular habit you want to change or just to feel better in general? Someone on the kids board was raving about hypnobirthing around the same time a friend of mine was getting ready to have her baby. My friend said she started too late, but the person (was it TM Diva?) said that it was a remarkable experience that made childbirth less painful/stressful. it seems that hypnosis is a good tool for dealing with a lot of under-the-surface stuff.

Not for a particular habit, just to get rid of stuff, so I guess just to feel better in general. I went to a regular therapist but that was not working, so I tried this instead and it seems to work very well.

Seriously. I would shoot myself if I had to give up alcohol.

I don't have a problem.

Why is a red X singularly disturbing? Or is my hypnosis-addled brain just blocking out all images that are not babbling brooks or clover-filled meadows?

Be thankful for the red "X," trust me. Unless you are a Hasselhoff/Banana Hammock fan.

And yes, I mean together.

It was like a shooting star, glorious but brief.

I think it sucked itself into nothing, like some kind of Hasselhoff black hole.

I kinda feel sorry for the polar bear. I bet he had a big lump on his head afterwards.

She deserves a few lumps on her head, the dumbass.

BTW, On closer review, I'm not sure if that's supposed to be a polar bear on her head or a baby seal. Mmmm. Baby Seals.
