I'm back. And, for the record, I was not at Club Med.

(No Club Med flashback is unnecessary. They are all merely cautionary tales. Kind of like you and Paigow.)

This answer is probably only slightly less hepful than "it hurts," but thanks for your input.

I do not but I think its like obscenity, you know it when you see it, i.e. if you are on here asking it about, probably not, unless its a hairline fracture or something.

That was what I was thinking -- a possibility, but not a likelihood. The debate here is whether to have it looked at now or wait until morning.

Assuming you have alcohol and ibuprofen, I'd suggest waiting until the morning.

Warning

I am out for a week. Last night the Tigers came back from being down 5-0 in the 6th inning. they won 7-6 and did not even need their 9th inning.

I had really forgotten how exciting baseball can be, when one cares about the outcome, or at least when the outcome matters.

Anyway, I'm just saying, if they hold up much longer (read when I get back) I'm going to have to start in on the baseball talking shit. Although, i do promise, to accept the squad Steinbrenner puts out there. I will not stoop to that old bitch.

they play Chicago and Boston next week on the road, so we'll know more then- AND I KNOW IT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING IF THE YANKEES SWEEP THEM AGAIN, THURGREED, but they don't play the Yankees til late August and I am not waiting that long.

See, this is what happens when baseball success occurs only once every generation or so. Cubbies, take note, and be careful what you wish for.
