Some one shoot me in the pasture.
Dude, you are obsessing about this eye twitch thing, which I admit that's very annoying but....I dunno maybe a botox shot to the eye? just kidding.

I don't know what that even is.

The size of that picture makes me think you are trying to compensate for something.

I went to law school with a guy we nicknamed Inspector Clouseau. Here is his picture.

He's somewhat of a television personality in Canada. Anyhoo, he used to sit beside me in Evidence and ask the most annoying questions on earth and I would always (always) walk out of that class with a headache.

Of the men, maybe the guy at Sony and the dude at the PBGC look good.

This ERISA professor dude must be a character:

I dunno, is this the picture you want posted?

Apologies if this is someone you know, but he looks like a younger Bill Maher, with a lite beer.

Generally $500 for one vial, which is enough for an area like your forehead. But it sounds to me like you have a medical need for it, so insurance might cover it. If not, they would probably charge you $500 because they need to charge for the whole opened vial even though you might just get one tiny shot.
