I think it's TM's way of flirting.
But semi-seriously . . . Thurgreed, yesterday you said that asshole was a gender specific insult, so I can assume that you would never call a woman an asshole. But when you're playing cranky Thurgreed you will insult a woman by saying that her asshole is tight or has a stick up it or some such thing. I haven't noticed whether you say the same to men on the Board. Do you make a gender distinction there?
And not that I expect you to change for me, but you should stop using that phrase so freely, anyway. It makes me physically uncomfortable whenever I read it. (But not as uncomfortable as "pain in my twat.")

Wife Won't Cook Dinner, Husband Calls Police
Wife Won't Cook Dinner, Husband Calls Police
LONDON (Reuters) - An angry British husband made an emergency call to police -- because his wife refused to cook him his dinner. _
The man dialed "999" in a fury, demanding help from officers because his wife was busy decorating, Avon and Somerset police in western England said on Thursday.
. . . .
"My wife's left me with two salmon sandwiches which was left over from last night, and I'm sat in the chair here and she's out there decorating," the man told the police operator.

Playing different roles doesn't give you range. Being able to play different roles well gives you range. I saw Clueless and Don't Say a Word and she sucked in both. Any doubt that she was a talentless slob who has been placed in big roles by the giant hand of nepotism should have been cleared up once you saw her in 8Mile.

Remember "Celebrity Death Match"? You know, the claymation figures of famous/infamous folk killing each other in the squared circle, with Mills Lane as the referee?
I give you the First* FB Death Match: TM vs. PJ. I predict a PJ victory -- she uses her stick to knock TM's head off off his body into the crowd, which then bounces it up and down the grandstand like a beach ball at a mellow jam band concert.
*I think that this concept may have been discussed in the past at the other place, but fuck those losers hanging out back then.

I said long ago that I did not write the code for most of the stuff I posted. I simply take pieces of different code and cram them together to see what works (and, invariably to discover what does not work . . . hence the complaints that I "blew up" someone's computer).
MR is far and away the better geek than I am. I never complimented him properly for his contribution he made to PT LoveKraft's website: http://www11.brinkster.com/kundo3/index.htm
[site for a music group reportedly set up my our modest friend. I love the lyrics page]

What the fuck are you babbling about? How many times have you heard me say someone has a stick up their asshole? What does that phrase have to do with anything?
Asshole. Feel better?

Like Gwyneth before Emma, she is a working actress who suddenly got thrust into the spotlight by virtue of her sex symbol boyfriend. I had apaprently seen this gal in a few movies (clueless, that reese witherspoon movie) but could never have told you her name or even remembered her as the same actress. But sudenely I know who she is bc I keep hearing about her and Ashton Kucher.
|
Sex Symbol?!?!? Ashton Kucher is a sex symbol for the pre-teen Power Puff Girl set, and that's about it. He's a lust-object for gay men, memorably Dan Savage in an old column where he talked about fantasizing about Brad Pitt coming all over Ashton Kucher's face. But he is not a sex symbol among women of the age of consent. But I guess Paigow was getting all hot and bothered by those steamy scenes from Just Married and Dude Where's My Car.
As if there was any doubt who thinks Ashton is H-O-T-T-T, click on the IMDB messages about Ashton: http://us.imdb.com/name/nm0005110/board/nest/495498
Let us please not conflate good looking with sex symbol.
