I haven't noticed whether you say the same to men on the Board. Do you make a gender distinction there?

Playing different roles doesn't give you range. Being able to play different roles well gives you range. I saw Clueless and Don't Say a Word and she sucked in both. Any doubt that she was a talentless slob who has been placed in big roles by the giant hand of nepotism should have been cleared up once you saw her in 8Mile.
