Coup-kie,
My games with Francis aside, I gotta tell you that you are really far off on the recentering thing.
I don't have the time this morning to frame a comprehensive response, and I may never have the motivation, but if I get it, and if it hasn't already been done on the Politics Board, I'll explain (on Politics).
r(actually know quite a bit about this topic)p

This season is getting good again. fwiw. I noted that Jenna thinks everyone hates her bc she is beautiful. Is it me, or is she just way off base? She borders on getting hit by an ugly stick/
And have any of the DCers met this Matt guy?

I get the impression that anyone who has met Matt when not on camera is now in a shallow unmarked grave somewhere. That dude is pretty creepy.

Vanity plate of the moron driving a late model silver Mercedes-Benz in front of me on the way to work -
"S KWIRE". He also had a number of baseball caps with country club emblems behind the back seat so that everyone could see where he plays golf. I wonder what kind of firm encourages that kind of shit and is there anyway we can stop that type from breeding?

I give you the First* FB Death Match: TM vs. PJ. I predict a PJ victory -- she uses her stick to knock TM's head off off his body into the crowd, which then bounces it up and down the grandstand like a beach ball at a mellow jam band concert.

Having survived every attempt of my hometown to turn me into a Lilly Pulitzer-clad zombie of a mute subservient cocktail-serving Stepford wife, and the crushing psychological blow of Michael Jackson's meltdown from brilliant musician and performer to twisted plastic-nosed child-dangling Lisa-Marie-marrying Japanese-anime-copy pageboy-wigged pervert freak, I am more than confident that, in clay form or otherwise, I can kick Thurgreed's ass.
That said, I plan to take him out with the nefarious Handbag of Death.

That's a lovely one.
I remember laughing every time I saw a fellow law student's car in my law school parking lot with the vanity plates "corp law."
Makes me wonder where em is doing DUI defense today . . .

If you think this is his original nose, you're crazy.
The guy is weird.

I wan't paying full attention last night, but I was surprised that Christy got the axe. I didn't see that one coming at all. When Jenna gave up immunity, I was hoping she would get voted off. I figured Christy was going to vote with the girls against Matt, who they knew would have a lot of votes against him and would lose a 3-3 tiebreaker, letting them pick off the rest of the guys. Perhaps no one wanted to risk ending up in the final 2 with a deaf girl. Rob cracks me up. He is the first evil/manipulative Survivor contestant I actually really liked (kind of like BB Will, but not as suave or with as good strategery). Jenna's "Don't hate me because I'm beautiful" and "Because I am so pretty I have to work sooooo much harder" made me want to puke. I haven't looked but does anyone have links to any of her "modeling" shoots? I suspect it is largely hand modeling or shoes or something.

Seeing a photo of him that is so disturbingly large makes me hate his hair even more. Yuck. I hated Corey for the same reason. Dude. Get a haircut.
However, I think that if his hair were shorter, and as a result his head looked smaller, his nose would then look disproportionately large.

Apropos of FB!
I know this has been discussed before, but did we say you can or cannot wear non-laced shoes with a suit to a wedding? Or did we say you can't wear this to work? At all?

Saw one in Harvard Square bearing a plate "LSAT 48" I'm sure that pleased the 50% of his classmates who had gotten a 47 and caused the other 50%, who had gotten a 48, no end of snickering.
(Yes, this was a number of years ago)

What's next? "Nanni nanni boo boo?" This post is a mistake on my part because you're so stupid you humiliate yourself better than I could ever hope to.
But here's a question: Do you really rush home every day to read all the messages on the boards so you can serial post about all the topics on which you think we want to hear from you? I can just see you at work, nervous and fidgeting like a 4th grader at 2:59, waiting for that bell to ring, hoping you get on the first bus home to catch all of Tom & Jerry.
