Nice, nice change of topic. From stem-cell research to cloning slave babies and selling them for meat.

you great twit.
Can you read any further than a title? all the world is not a donut rack- see second item from the UK and what was done in south Korea is a step towrds cloning. injecting genetic material into an embryo is how one does clone.

All else equal, would you prefer that your kids attended a school where the biology classes teach intelligent design, or one where they teach evolution?

Ten bucks says there is no way Hank answers this question.
Note: Screed about how none of us know anything because we haven't personally examined the fossil records and we weren't alive in the days of the apes anyway does not count. "Answer" means picking one or the other of the two options Ty provides.

Hank, you are getting dangerously close to the incantation that would call forth the evil spirit NotMe. Cut it out.

I don't work for you. Limits your orders to Ty or whoever.
and Ty, you know the answer to that question. but I was never prouder than during this election when my daughter told me she argued with one of her teachers who was voicing as fact a political position. the sheep like class bought the position and she called bullshit.
I remember 1oth grade Hank asking my bio teacher "Wait how do they explain bloodvessals and organ systems in evolution?" And I'm proud of myself for that.
And evolution has been proven Sidd you dimwit. They found fucking mamouths frozen carcasses and shit. I never said evolution wasn't right.

Science is neither good nor bad. It just is. Society makes those judgements. Hopefully, it does so based on sober reflection after obtaining a complete understanding of the facts, but in the US of fuckin' A it's more like it's done either the morning after a wild night of insane partying, or right after the church service is completed and the snakes are back in their boxes.

I win ten bucks.
And Hank, you get less and less comprehensible with each post, particularly on this subject.

The best thing about hosting a fundraiser, is no matter what you say the politicians have to be polite to you and pretend they at least sympathize with whatever you are saying. No matter how ludicrous. In otherwords you have a captive audicence that is really worried about angering you.

No you lost. I picked the class where they teach evolution- did you notice the part of my post where I explained evolution was proven?
My whole point forever has been that your position of assuming people who believe otherwise are idiots- read careful here Sidd- since they support their position solely on faith in something that can't be understood makes you an idiot because you take your position solely on faith in something you don't understand. they have faith in God, you have faith in science- you both might want to be quieter bacuase you both simply speak of what you can't/don't know.

Loath as I am to wade into this debate, for I am sure it would be a timesink of woolly mammoth proportions, my curiousity nonetheless compels me to ask -- Hank, was the word "symbiosis" never mentioned in your 10th grade presence? Because if it wasn't your teacher was mailin' it in, baby.
As it was 10th grade, I think we all agree that the absence of discussion of "endosymbiont" can surely be excused.

Well, that settles it then. Long as we're all clear.
Edited to be less snarky sounding.
