How do you resolve the situation when two cars, traveling in opposite directions, meet at a point where there is nowhere to pull over (e.g. parked cars on both sides of the road)? Who backs up? Is there gunplay? |

I never looked it up, and I'm not going to, but I imagine there is a law on California's books somewhere making it illegal to exit and enter a freeway to save 3 minutes by cruising the on and offramps to avoid the traffic jam on the freeway.
