I was also struck by the fact that there is an umbrella organization needed to shepherd all of the associations that are telling us that domestication of badgers is ill-advised.

Someone make the obligatory Wisconsin joke and then we can all move on.

Well, in this country, the Simpsons can give us the same information, and it's probably more widely disiminated to the general public.

Ever since the controversy started by the renegade badger groups last June, there has been a clear need for some oversight and guidance. Frankly, this will put a strongly needed sense of direction back into the whole badger movement. It was drifting.

Exactly. It's the BBC. Someone from the New York Times would have stayed home and lied about calling the National Federation of Badger Groups for their comment.

These mushrooms would help you deal with any of those nipples:

Uh...no. Tex Winter did that. And there Tex Winter is, sitting right next to him. Is he an Xs and Os man, who makes the appropriate changes and draws up amazing plays, always staying one step ahead of his counterpart? Uh...hunh unh. He's gone from saying in the final two minutes of a game, "Give it to Jordan and get the fuck out of the way," to "Give it to Kobe and get the fuck out of the way." When his team encounters a rough patch, he calls a time out and then doesn't coach. "What?" you may say. Everytime his team starts playing poorly he "lets them work it out." Ha. Brilliant. I love when Marv Albert points this out as some ingenious coaching move.
Bravo. Well said. Has anyone gotten so far by doing so little?

The only thing I know about badgers is they can't resist soft music, candlelight and a pot roast...

I just lobbed a call into the International Federation of Wolverine Apologists and their official response was:

(I'm sure you can guess...)

(And I'm sorry, but I have to...)

"Badgers? We don't need no stinkin' badgers.

ARe they still playing hockey!?!
When did hockey become a year-round sport?

eta - the ugliest man in football just signed a 1 year K with Dallas. Testaverde and Bill Parcells were reunited Thursday when the quarterback signed a one-year, $1 million contract with the Dallas Cowboys.
Vinnie says “The fire still burns within me."

And...Kurt Warner signs with NY Giants. hahahahaha..The two-time MVP got a two-year contract late Wednesday that will pay him a minimum of $3.5 million this year. Have fun with that one.

Swimsuit models have forgotten how to pose.
I like this suit, but it makes her thighs look like twigs.

This one makes you look like you have scoliosis.

This one has an oddly placed flower.

And this one makes you look like a big ole slut
