Teacher, mother, secret lover . . . alibi.

Watching "Curb Your Enthusiasm" won't save your life, but subpoenaing it might. Other link.

There is no way I could be a criminal defense lawyer. In twenty years there will be 500 ineffective assistance appeals because the trial lawyer forgot to tape the Mets game.

No, she uses lubricants. She wouldn't let MR dry fuck her in the ass, on the dinner table.

luggage question

I need a new briefcase. The one I'm using sucks rocks. I want something that I could take to court, if I were to ever go back. (I have mostly complied with the terms of the restraining order, so I do not think this will be a problem, but her lawyer is a total bitch.) Suggestions? Suggestions with pictures will make me especially happy.

I think it's safe to say that when OJ Simpson is ripping off Ashton Kucher for reality TV concepts, we're pretty much tapped out on ideas.

If a strange man pops out from behind a van somewhere and says, "You've been juiced!" he'd better mean I've just had my throat slit.

Apropos of nothing, it's possible that you can have more fun wearing lederhosen.
(spree: work-safe, though you will want to be prepared to explin why you are looking at pictures of happy people in lederhosen -- e.g., "I'm researching a question of Swedish law, and Westlaw directed me to this")

i think its a way of OJ to begin to admit the truth - check it out: he's admitted to copyright infringement, and the promos haven't been shot
Simpson said, "it's a takeoff on something called 'Punk'd,"

Plus, it'll be funny when Paula barbiari finds him dressed in cap and turtleneck hanging by her car in the driveway. kucher will take it pretty far sometimes. do you think Oj will draw the knife before saying "Ah ha ha. You were juiced!"

In Union Square - Gucci

Or single clasp.

Both are gorgeous.

For $1000 less at Coach.

And if you like the rugged look.

eta, these stores are all within a couple of blocks of one another. For the money, the Kenneth Cole looks good, holds up well and has nice hardware. I've bought 2 computer bags there. The Coach has nicer leather and will withstand a lot more beating. The Gucci of course is perfect bait for that money grubbing mistress you've always wanted.

no offense, but these look like the kind of briefcases a guy who secretly desires to be a woman, or at least dress like one occassionally, might carry. are you saying Ty seems prissy? or is this a general swipe at SF? if so you've missed the mark. these cases aren't gay- they're transvestite.

you know, back during the long time i was a lurker, i'd have kind of agreed with you. but since I came out of my shell and posted here, at least 2 male poster have inferred that fucking my mom apparently wasn't such a big time accomplishment. NTSINGTIH.

But thanks to Shape Shifter, that future probably won't last much past suppertime.

On today's other subjects, I know two lawyers who have been disbarred for crack-related offenses (one of which was repeated use). I have never seen the stuff personally, however.

And oddly enough, I saw a red Yugo today. In pristine condition. No joke.

Right 'cuz good spelling skills are often associated with success and achievement in life. Has even one of these spelling champions later gone on to achieve great professional success or made some sort of great contribution to the collective knowledge?

Given the advent of spell checkers, could there be a more useless skill than being a great speller? We aren't talking about math and science here people. Math and science are hard.

I'm on my second one of these. The first lasted 15 years before it got too beat up looking. The clasp busted at 10 years, but I brought it into a Coach store and they fixed ot for free
