Survivor

I forget who said it, but whoever said they were liking Lex and the move to get rid of Jerri instead of Amber is a moron.

I don't get it. She just walked out into the cold by herself with no coat on and feel asleep in a marsh?

OK, how did I miss this before?

From the Yahoo news story on the mistrial in the Tyco case:
  • The jurors were also shown an edited videotape of the party that Kozlowski threw for his wife Karen's 40th birthday on the Italian island of Sardinia. It featured a performance by singer Jimmy Buffett and scantily clad young men and women dancing and serving, with men dressed as Roman soldiers and women as Roman maidens.

The edited tape did not show R-rated scenes of an anatomically correct ice sculpture of Michelangelo's David squirting vodka into glasses, or the cake in the shape of a nude with a sparkler atop each of her breasts.

I had heard about the party, but apparently some of the details escaped my attenion. The ice sculpture? The cake? Fin de siecle, indeed.

Yeah, but what brand of vodka was it?

If it's coming out of a penis does it matter?

Further proof that DC is in the midwest

Generally a much sexier choice.

My (limited) observation is that the Manolo set skews older than the Choo set. But I have heard repeatedly that Manolos are actually really, sincerely comfortable to walk around in, even over distance if necessary. Dunno if that is denial/justification or S'truth, but adherents swear the construction is noticeably superior to anything but Christian Louboutin (my personal fav).

BR(bit of pointless trivia for all of you - I do not own one pair of either manolos or choos. I take a 37 if anyone is seeking out a birthday present for me)C

Well, its not just her chest. She's gone under the knife so many times she's virtually unrecognizable from her days when she was the girl in Cold Comfort Farm.

They were searching for her for 5 days and when they found her she gave them a description and they have been doing exhaustive searched of all of Madison, apparently. That kind of adbuction-faking is pretty rare, isn't it? Except for that i-banker recently in Chicago. I guess it's a Midwest thing.

Please make it stop

Red Sox must
'cowboy up' now, or else
With several players sure to depart,
this season is last chance to win it all.

Please someone tell me that this phrase died last year and that no self respecting journalist is going to trot it out again for this year. I can't take it.

It's been on the news here too. 5 days self-abduction? Maybe she went on a bender or a multi-day sex tour of asia, and invented the abduction so she wouldn't have to tell her folks? It's spring break time, right?

This is odd and troubling as this morning I noticed that the police sketch of the suspect looks exactly like my GF's brother who lives in Wisconsin. I have spent the better of today trying to decide whether to call the FBI with this info.

Guidance, please?

Tyco paid for Stoli but got the well ("MacDougal's Vodka") brand.
