Seeing as they now say they are not looking for a suspect and have surveillance video of the alleged victim buying items she claimed the attacker used on her, I'd say, sure go ahead...

European sizing. That's about a 7 in American.

(I once bought Mrs. NB a pair of fancy schmanzy shoes and had to learn this. She's a 37.5 for those keeping score at home.)

Maybe because she's smiling. I'd be pretty sure there's no chin implant there - it is the same size & shape in both pics, and she doesn't appear to have had the jaw reduced, either (a al Arnie).
