Me neither. *sniff*
Not even an attorney, now. Or, not practicing. God, I feel like such a loser, not practicing law. It's almost as pathetic as being a paralegal.

Comma Chasing is Important, Really, It Is
Lawyers for Canadian telecom giant Rogers Communications might have cost the company more than $2 million because of an errant comma, reported the Globe and Mail on Sunday.
A contract dispute arose when a company named Aliant scrapped a five-year deal it struck with Rogers in 2002 to string its cable lines across utility poles. Rogers thought the contract was guaranteed for five years, but Aliant — armed with a punctuation manual — said that wasn’t the case. It argued that a single sentence in the 14-page contract permitted the entire deal to be cancelled with one-year’s notice, allowing Aliant to raise its rates. Here’s the sentence in question:

This post is as bad as when you have a temp secretary and she actually inserts the words "Rider 14" in your document instead of the damn rider.

Now back to fashion news . . .
I ordered some sale shirts recently through the web site. Prices wound up being about $135 for 2 shirts including alterations and shipping from UK. Because the brits only sell 17 1/2 in a 36 sleeve length, I needed to have the sleeves shortened for my gorilla arms.
I was pretty impressed with the quality. And they fit my fat frame a little better than some other shirts.

I'm not, actually. I'm technically a client. However, I was thinking in terms of the circle you actually travel in, not the one you tag along behind.

Reality TV
So the new reality shows on my list are Driving Force and Gene Simmons Family Jewels.
John Force is a jerk to his wife/ex-wife and his 3 daughters. Eats poorly and doesn't exercise.
Gene Simmons is an over-protective, over-involved father - mostly to his son who's in a rock band. In the first show, the family planned a surprise wedding that Gene did not want. His mother is the cutest thing. She says that if a rabbi was there and he performed the ceremony, then he's married. Everyone wants him to be married except for him.

Wonk, really, I'm tired of this. I really would be much happier if you stopped picking on me and left me alone. Assuming if you called my firm I am sure I would be gracious and pleasant I always am.

CT shirts I was told by a Brit are owned by the same company as Thomas Pink. I have one CT shirt and I like it. it is fine. The pattern is striking. multi colored pink stripe
