What is the difference between broadcast TV and any other kind of TV? Is it different from cable TV or satellite TV - aren't they all broadcast in some form or another?
(this is a serious question. I assume if Atticus considered the show to be the funniest on TV he would say so instead of qualifying it.) |

And yes, the no staggering policy is written. It's in the same chapter as the no fun at parties and the no frilly knickers rules.
