I can relate to this. Sometimes I am just too pretty to be on this earth. But what can you do.

The Brazenette told me I looked like a super-hero this morning.

Am I the only person on this board who does not work out in any manner whatsoever (meaning exercising for exercising sake, and not meaning that I don't have at least some exertions in my everyday life)?

The vast majority of the time I do not exercise. It makes an ENORMOUS difference in my mood, though, so I'm trying to do it. If I'm not actually talking about it, I'm probably in a non-exercise period.

Is it the endorphins etc.? I notice this as well, and if I cut the sugary and the starchy I come out with less mood swings.

How do you consider walking 20 city blocks in an hour? "Work out" or "daily life exertion"?

Right. B/c I only run to songs that mention actual running.

that's not nice. I run on the weekend an hour each day.
also you are not counting the long cross blocks between the avenues.

Before this morning, it had been months since I had any exercise of the sort you mean.

When someone on his bus asked what was on his iPod:
“Dare I say ABBA. Everybody says, ‘Ehhh, ABBA.’ Why is that? ABBA was the largest selling (recording act ever). Nobody likes them but they sold more records than anybody in the history of the world, including the Beatles. But everybody hates them. (But) you’re a no-class guy if you like ABBA. Why does everybody go see ‘Mamma Mia?’ Hypocrisy! Rank hypocrisy! I’m not embarrassed to say I like ABBA, ‘Dancing Queen.’”
