The sad part is you don't even sound surprised, just pissed.
Of course, if you were surprised, I'd say you were a dumbass. I may say you are a dumbass, anyway, right along with me, for remaining a lawyer, knowing how much the whole lot of them, present company excepted, mosly, suck.

Do people never learn? Doesn't Heather Locklear have a beaver tat that says Ritchie forever? I'm sure a beaver tat removal is going to be at least as painful as removing an entire Tom Arnold from your breast.
And I find it interesting that you all keyed in on Johnny and completely ignored the unfortunate Ashton Kutcher pose.

I am put off by the bandana stuff.
And he intimidates the hell out of me.
ETA Ashton is hot when he dresses like an adult and is not playing practical jokes. I'm not against the practical jokes; they are just un-hot. The pose, particularly the hat or whatever, is silly.

By beaver tat, do you mean a tat on her beaver, or a tat of a beaver?
Both of which sound, um, unattractive.

Are all of these "lawyers suck" comments coming from litigators?
I am lucky to be in a field where I never have to deal with opposing counsel. I think law firms suck, but don't feel that way about lawyers generally. That may be because professionally, I am a bit of a hermit. I come in, do or avoid my work, and leave. I don't network, gossip, do lunch, attend receptions, or any of that shit unless I expect it to be fun on some level, which it rarely is. (Summer associate-related drinking fests are the exception.)

Survey: men in jewelry? Ever?

Oh, I certainly would have used a different picture to make the case that he belongs on a sexiest man list, but I would probably put him on that list regardless of which picture is used, because I (generally) find him thoroughly doable.
Depends on the man, depends on the jewlery. I don't generally have a problem with it. It's not quite at the level of fur coat, but I'd say that the flashier the jewelry, the more swagger a man has to have to pull it off.
Of course, I'm Texan and aristocratic Mexican, so I know a lot of men with the appropriate swagger for flashy jewelry.

No, I do M&A. M&A lawyers, and corporate lawyers generally, suck ass and they are obsequious boot-lickers who are painfully aware that they only get to play with their betters' money and then take their frustrations out non-clients.
So far as I can tell, however, ERISA lawyers do not suck ass. They seem to have their heads screwed on pretty straight. Other than the whole ERISA thing, of course.

The majority of litigators are (1) Sebby's playground beatees, or (2) just complete douchebags (who think they are assholes, but who are not*). Or a combination of both.
*one must have a certain degree of cool to reach asshole status. When a dork acts like an asshole, he's not an asshole. He's a douchebag.
I remember no names and socialize with no one in hallways outside of court rooms. Fuck you. I don't want to talk about any case you have. I don't care how "crazy" it is. Shut the fuck up.

Bad taste?
Does anybody else find it sort of unsettling that OJ Simpson is giving a 2 hour interview about how, if he had killed Nicole Brown, here's how he would have done it?

WHOO HOO!!!!
Oh wait, I'm not anymore. But I was. And when I was, the few times corp associates sat in on the calls between ERISA counsel on deals, they were shocked at how pleasant the conversations were.
