You may want to reconsider.

AT least he didn't refer to it as punches on the V card.

Excuse me, but "proactive" and "paradigm"? Aren't these just buzzwords that dumb people use to sound important? Not that I'm accusing you of anything like that.

No. You can either meet: (1) Paigow or: (2) everyone else.

You seem okay. I hope he had a will. It breaks my heart to think of those homeless lunchboxes.

You can sit with the children. They have bibs for Less and everything. He will be filling up the spittle trays for Slave. Or you can sit with the adults but I warn you, we discuss stuff that is offboard.

Great band. I love that they're named after a scientist in "Barbarella". Ballsy. Kinda like Steely Dan. I fucking hate their music, but a band that takes their name from a powerful vibrator has some balls.

Nice try....like my white shoe ass ever dated a bartender after college! Trust me, those lunchboxes are going on ebay faster than his family can get to town to catalog them.

I didn't know princesses could use the royal "we".

"I honestly never even dreamed anything bad would happen to them. We're all numb and shocked," his oldest sister, Kathryn Caltabiano, told The Seattle Times.

This is an odd statement, considering she comes from a family with a history of Huntington's disease, where each child's risk was 50-50, as well as the fact that more than 10% of people who attempt to climb Everest die.

ACL update

I just bought tickets. I'm assuming my sister is going with me again this year. She's under orders to respond with amusing anecdotes when people start dropping hints about watersports.

The price goes up on Thursday May 5 from $85 to $95 for a three day pass, and they're selling 10,000 fewer tickets than they did last year.

Two tickets cost me $197.00 with service charges and shipping.

Last year, they sold out on Saturday and Sunday, though obviously, scalpers were at hand to help out.

ACL is a week later than it was last year, September 23-25. Let's hope that the weather gods are as nice to us for the latter half of 2005 as they have been for the first half.

My first concert (aside from numerous Gordon Lightfoot shows which I attended as a kid with my parents) was Blondie in 1982 with Duran Duran opening. Fun stuff - didn't think anyone would be calling them a "great band" 25 years later.
