Here's a link to the new Jessica Simpson "Boots are Made for Walkin" Video.
God Bless America, indeed.

1) I'm assuming you mean Catherine Bach, and not Ringo's wife.
2) Her?
You gotta be kidding me.

Yep, that's her. The original Daisy Duke, who is single-handedly responsible for ushering in my teenage years.

I'm guessing it was your single hand that was doing the ushering.

She's 54. Jessica's 25. Club thinks older women make beautiful lovers. Older women, they understand. Club's been around some, and he has discovered: older women know just how to please a man.

Happy Birthday, America
As the newest American on this board (2 months less a week), I just want to say, with no smugness or insider-ism or name dropping or hipsterism or faux-hipsterism or any of the other shticks I regularly trot out, that I'm so happy to be an American on this 4th of July. This really is the greatest country in the world.
And I'm going to tell that to everyone tomorrow at this BBQ I'm heading to in Silver Lake that this buddy of mine who writes for West Wing is throwing. I'm hoping he goes easy on the ranchero music, that's such a 2004 move. I'm bringing my iPod just in case, heavy on the Maximo Park!
USA! USA! USA!

Help
Longtime poster, first time socker (well, there was one other time, but it really didn't mean anything).
So here's my problem: I have just found out that my wife is having an affair. I love my wife (but reserve the right to change my mind about this), so this is, well, distressing. Or maybe I should say OH MY GOD I CAN BELIEVE SHE'S SLEEPING WITH THAT SON OF A BITCH.
Anyway, I'm a bit freaked out, so any words of encouragement would be nice. I'm not expecting any, especially as a sock, but I had to get this off my chest somewhere.
As an added bonus, if you want to pick on me, I discovered the whole thing by snooping through her e-mail (although she did leave it open on the computer - what's a guy to do when he glances at it and notices an oddly large number of e-mails from "Bill"?).

Ironically, it is a little known fact that Mrs. Robinson actress Anne Bancroft was only 6 years old than the actor playing the just-post-adolescent target of her seduction in the film "the Graduate".
Maybe BnB's theory has legs after all.

Is your point that hollywood doesn't offer solid roles to women 45-55 or that it doesn't offer roles to guys 21-25?
