Your NFH of the day: Bear prefers microbrew to Busch, parties hard, and passes out with cooler on head.

Flinty, a frat brother?

Gone without a trace.

An outing? Please. Did anyone not know that?

To clarify for all those who aren't up working late on a brief, I did a test to see if a deletion of a post leaves any trail. It sure didn't seem to in this case.

Anyway, I hope that this doesn't reignite any sort of controversy. I also hope that everyone continues to stick around, and that we all just get along. I hope to see a kinder, gentler FB.

Because I still believe in a place called Hope. Sniff. I love you all, and the adoption of comparative negligence in the State of Bliss did not eliminate the doctrine of express assumption of the risk. That geezer should have kept his walker out of the frozen food aisles when he saw that Mrs. O'Leary spilled the frozen peas out of a Swanson's Hungry Man dinner.

You mean, besides the trail of broken hearts and disillusioned admiration?

Good god, man, you casually and callously outed a noble sock! The picture in my mind, held onto dearly and fondly for all this time, is no more. I am berift - adrift - shattered, as it were. Do not tread so heavily on those things which might mean so much to others, even if they are trivial to you. My world shrinks by one, and is diminished.

If you go back and edit the quote of the deleted post, you can preserve the anonymity of the sock from all but those of us foolish enough to be here now.

Oh, bilmore, bilmore, bilmore. I am so sorry. I was certain I had self-outed that one on several occasions. Apparently, I was wrong, and for that I beg your forgiveness.

("Noble"? That is so sweet.)

Done. I feel a little bit guilty about bilmore, though. Think he'll recover?

Anyway. Back to Mrs. O'Leary and the geezer in the walker.

I don't comment on politics, it's uncivilized.

What balls we have left, now in danger:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main...8/ixworld.html

Quote:
German men are being shamed into urinating while sitting down by a gadget which is saving millions of women from cleaning up in the bathroom after them.

The WC ghost, a £6 voice-alarm, reprimands men for standing at the lavatory pan. It is triggered when the seat is lifted. The battery-operated devices are attached to the seats and deliver stern warnings to those who attempt to stand and urinate (known as "Stehpinkeln").

"Hey, stand-peeing is not allowed here and will be punished with fines, so if you don't want any trouble, you'd best sit down," one of the devices orders in a voice impersonating the German leader, Chancellor Gerhard Schroder. Another has a voice similar to that of his predecessor, Helmut Kohl.

"worth" is broad here.

Less: the porn links on adult "worth it" to the other adult readers.

Fringe: regular communication with others important part of her therapy, and thus "worth it."

You, Flower, worthwhile to all, and by all definitions.

I miss Paigow [sniff].

OTOH, it was good to see alot of important issues of the day appropriately vetted yesterday and I'm glad Slave was able to suck it up and apologize for his gross abuse of power. Much as we continue to reap the products of the beautiful lovemaking that Paigow did share with him, albeit in a moment of diminished capacity, I hope that one day the past love that dareth not speaketh its name between Shapeshifter and Slave can again entertain us.

Carry on.
