No, but if he is gay, he's reportedly very, very good at faking being straight.

The BCS is guilty of nothing more than promising more than it could deliver. Remember, the pre-BCS regime would have brought us something like: USC v. Michigan (Rose); OU v. Florida St. or Miami (Orange); Auburn v. Va. Tech, Florida St. or Miami (Sugar); and probably Texas v. Cal (Fiesta). This would create the possibility of 3 major conference unbeatens, an unsatisfying result for all involved. God only knows where Utah and Boise St. would be bowling under the old regime. It's fun to kick the BCS, but I find it preferable to the previous system.

A playoff system would work for making a solid determination of who is really #1, but the focus of controversy would shift to who got screwed out of being in the playoffs. Granted, the pundits spend only 15 minutes on this in the leadup to March Madness (the best playoff system in any sport). But people need something to talk about no matter what the system is.

Kudos on the new approach. Wait until I post something and then tell me how your brilliant mind anticipated it word for word (wait -- this isn't new for you). Can you apply some of this brilliance and focus to the humor in your posts please?
I bet you saw that comin' a mile away, right?
How 'bout one of them Gilligan Island posts? Or maybe the Guernica one? Asian art?
I can't wait, Banya.

True, but I'm not as worried about the debate over whether Boise State or Georgia should have been the last team in.

These men are obviously defective. Please contact the service department. We'll try and send out a technician, possibly one with tight abs.

Great-grandmother set to deliver twins
Birth would break record set Tuesday by New York woman
Friday, November 12, 2004 Posted: 9:57 AM EST (1457 GMT)
Frances Harris, 59, is set to deliver twins in December.
SYLVESTER, Georgia (AP) -- A 59-year-old great-grandmother is pregnant with twins and will deliver next month, three decades after she had her tubes tied. "They came untied," Frances Harris said Thursday.

"Into me" has priority over "tight abs," for those that are looking for Christmas presents for me. And if he does carpentry/landscape work, I'd probably faint dead away. But simply "into me" will do.

Men are generally much less complex than women (seem to) want us to be. We're the original WYSIWYG.

At least BS is playing somewhere besides that God-awful blue field. The first time I saw that I spent several minutes trying to adjust my tv before I realized that was the way it was supposed to look.

The fact that no 16th seed has beaten the 1 seed also makes the debate academic for B-ball. Whatever number they take into the football playoffs, there will be no. 1 seeds upset within the first few years.

The last team in is never a 16 seed. They usually end up as about a 12 seed, and a 12 seed always upsets a 5 seed. There is also endless debate over which teams got shafted -- if you're a mid-major and you go 25-4, are you more deserving than a 17-13 ACC team? Hardly academic.
The interesting question if a playoff is ever implemented in football is whether they'll have automatic bids. This year, for example, no Big (L)East team would be in the top 16. Does Pitt still deserve to get in? If there are automatic bids, do the lesser conferences get one?
Whatever they do, it'll be fucked up, just like it is now.
