I'd like to be able to buy a dress that's backless or halter topped or strapless without having to consider the torture device I'm going to need to wear under it.

In addition, this surgery is considered a revision from the first one. The important thing about that is that I don't have to pay for it again. I am paying the anesthesiologist and that is all. And I know if I don't do it now, I'll wind up deciding to do it in 5 years anyway, so I might as well save myself the ten grand.

My surgeon also tells me the recovery will be easier this time around, as they aren't doing a lift, and probably won't be moving as many things around.
How many boobs do/did you have? We talking Total Recall chick or better?

This is not true. We had a good period ending about a month ago where it only posted like 5-10 times a day. No one was responding, so she couldn't jump off in three different directions from the post that said, "I don't think you understand what you're quoting." We were all actually ignoring it and it was working. There is no way it will completely go away, but any and every response brings 50 more idiotic posts.

I've heard that tummy tuck recovery is brutal.

I have heard this too.

I have a friend who is an OB who specializes in high risk pregnancies. After she ties your tubes (on your last delivery) she does a tummy tuck.

She's wonderful.

I've heard of this as well. It is supposed to be great.

It looks grim, Hank.

Be sure to take your "before" pictures now, so we'll all be able to marvel at the change.

My parents saw a live sex show in Copenhagen. I don't know anyone who has attended a live sex show in Dublin. So I'd vote for Copenhagen.

In a smokingly hot way, too. Other than for the only-two-boobs thing.

How is this something to debate?

Also, if I were to get implants, would it be better to wait until after I have kids, if I decide to have them? These are very difficult decisions. But I would like to have a spectacular rack.
Sadly, it probably would be better to wait until after kids, if what I heard is true - that it may be difficult to breast feed post-implants. (What has happened to me that I would admit something like that?)

The Danish women are better looking and easier. The Danes also speak better English than the Irish. The pub and music scene is better in Dublin, and so is the literary scene (if you care about such crap). The weird Aquavit-type liquors are better in Denmark, the beer better in Ireland. The weather in December is probably a toss-up. Copenhagen is a pretty, bicycle-oriented city with the Tivoli Gardens, etc. Dublin is more industrial, but has better buskers. Both peoples are friendly and inviting, but you will meet more actual Danes in Copenhagen, than you will Irish in Dublin (where there has been a huge population shift towards Eastern European immigrants). The seafood is better in Copenhagen, but there is not as much variety as Dublin, if you were feeling like Inidan, Thai, Mexican, or something else.

It won't be sad if she gets a spectacular rack when she's pregnant and it persists through breastfeeding. By the time they cease to be spectacular she can get new spectacular ones. But in the meantime, she'll be able to say "they're real, and they're spectacular." What woman doesn't want to be able to say that?

Have you thought about ditching the law to write travel guides?
