Celeb height - first hand estimates

That said, Bush I is 6'2", and he only has about 3 or 4 inches on Ted (though it's hard to say since you can't see their feet), so I may misunderestimate:

Of course, the real Ted may have been replaced with an only partially grown clone.

Your rebuttal might be mildy persuasive if you did not pick two pictures in which he was obviously stooping. What is worse is that you have essentially guaranteed that someone will do a Google image search of Kennedy to find pictures of him where is he is not obviously bent over in order to rebut your rebuttal, thus unnecessarily dragging out this inane argument. Can someone just do a web search and find out how tall he is so we can end this? No offence to GWNC and her love of celebrity height fights.

These pictures do not really strengthen your argument. In the top one, he has his head down, is slightly downhill from his wife and she appears to have on heels. In the second one, next to Bush, he looks hunched over.
And whatever your unkind remarks were, they may have been apt.

Think of it as a PSA. Since first seeing the picture, I have thrice corrected my sitting posture, taken two calcium +D pills, and resolved to forego the General Tsao's chicken in favor of the shrimp with snow peas. I, for one, am eternally grateful.

Thing is, I don't think he's partially bent over, I think that's osteoperosis. He looks like he's got maybe an inch or two on her there, even given crediting some lowered head/slouching. (His foot appears lower in the picture partially because he's on the downslope of the street, but also because he's about a step behind her.) She could be close to 6 feet tall, but I'd be surprised.
eta: fwiw, and I'll stop, I think he was once pretty tall, not much shorter than brother no. 1 (who may or may not have been quite the advertised 6'2, but was over 6 foot) based on old pictures. But I don't think he is anymore. I saw one of him and Ian McKellan where neither is slouching, and IMcK is a bit shy of 6 foot I'm given to understand, and TK doesn't appear much shorter than him once crediting Ian's fluffy hair, but the pic is from the early '90s so it isn't much use:

No. And you having . . . Britney? as an avatar is kinda like when NFH had that winged guy as hers. I think you are a girl. Who dresses like a whore.
Jesus is an example of the motherless archetype. Have you not had a Jungian therapist yet? Get one.

BTW, today is the 1373rd anniversary of Muhammad's death. Dunno if it's a cake event or not.

Just what I would expect from a "liberal" white male. All that diversity/inclusiveness goes right out the window when you need some slave labor, doesn't it?

Not winged guy - Bret Boone!
In other news, I knew a woman in college who said she never had an orgasm. I just thought it was because she had shitty boyfriends. Turns out, this is just one other thing she can blame her mother for.
LONDON — A woman's ability to have an orgasm is at least partly determined by her genes and can't be blamed entirely on cultural influences, new research suggests.
In the study, scientists from St. Thomas' Hospital in London sent questionnaires to 4,037 women who are part of the British twin registry. About half of them were identical twins and half were fraternal twins.
One in three of the women reported never or hardly ever reaching orgasm during intercourse and 21 percent said they hardly, if ever, achieve climax during masturbation. Those figures are consistent with other surveys conducted over the past few decades.
However, the questionnaires revealed a significant genetic influence on the ability to reach orgasm, said lead researcher Tim Spector, a genetic epidemiologist at St. Thomas' Hospital.
The similarity in orgasm experience was greater in identical twins than it was in fraternal twins, Spector said. Because the only difference between the two groups was genetic, the researchers concluded that the gap between the groups was the genetic component.
After taking into account other factors that could influence orgasm, the scientists estimated that 34 percent of the difficulty women face in reaching orgasm during intercourse is due to genes.

None taken.
My love for celebrity height fights is second only to my love for "my skyline is better than your skyline" fights. Those are so hot.

She's not a slave and she likes it when I put the harness on and whip her.

I'm willing to settle this by final arbitration before Spanky. Spanky, of course, is good friends with Arnold, and so has undoubtedly been out chasing skirts with the entire Kennedy clan.
