That would be a good point if it were true, but if you actually try using the search function, I think you'll find that it doesn't pick up the contents of sig lines. On the plus side, now we know that you haven't actually been using the search function to look for mentions of yourself.

I met some friends for a late evening martini last night at a club called Saint. There was a guy there, obviously older than the median age of the crowd, probably pushing 40. He was wearing a golf shirt with a Testa Hurwitz logo, untucked, a pair of burberry patterned chinos (which I would have assumed were only made for ladies, but go figure), a Guess! jeans jacket and a Von Dutch hat. Amusingly, he struck out with an Ashlee Simpson look-a-like.
Reading your post, I now realize why he seemed so familiar.

Why did you not come over and do the introduction thing? I would have bought you a "Welcome Newber!" drink.
Yes, as I suspected, newber lo-berry is a martinis on Tuesday night sort of chap. Exactly the type of old skool new blood this dead ass board has needed for about, well, for about forever. No offence to the others, and I certainly do not want to interrupt the AI recap, but I am a bit more interested to see what sort of shite this edgy newber can stir up on an old board.

On the former, we might need a ruling from the judges. On the latter, guilty but only by transplantation.

Dumb question for New Yorkers.
If one was traveling to New York for something which was being held at NYU and arranging to stay at a nearby hotel, which airport would one choose for arrival, and why?
(No, it's not me.)

I'd rather they kept him and Carrell locked and chained to their Daily Show Desks.

I'm not a New Yorker, but I play one on TV.
If I were going to NYU, I'd fly into Newark. That is the closest airport to lower Manhattan (at least in terms of the time it takes you to get there via taxicabs or PATH trains or "hey, buddy -- need a ride?" limos or whatever).

Sad? I hope his arm actually does fall off. He can suck it and suck it hard. If I were Torre, I would send him down to Single A and make him pitch the rest of the year on 2 days rest.

PLF was wearing that hat for post-chic irony. Those of you who didn't understand that probably have goatees and drink pisco.
